We at Trueskillmaster Academy (“we”, “us”) respect your privacy and want you to understand how we collect, use, and share data about you. This Privacy Policy covers our data collection practices and describes your rights regarding your personal data.

Unless we link to a different policy or state otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use our websites, mobile applications, APIs, or related services (the “Services”). It also applies to prospective customers of our business and enterprise products.

By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. You shouldn’t use the Services if you don’t agree with this Privacy Policy or any other agreement that governs your use of the Services.

1. What Data We Get

We collect certain data from you directly, like information you enter yourself, data about your consumption of content. We also collect some data automatically, like information about your device and what parts of our Services you interact with or spend time using. Trueskillmaster Academy takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal data that we collect and store. These measures vary based on the type and sensitivity of the data. Unfortunately, however, no system can be 100% secured, so we cannot guarantee that communications between you and us, the products, or any information provided to us in connection with the data we collect through the Services will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. Your password is an important part of our security system, and it is your responsibility to protect it. You should not share your password with any third party, and if you believe your password or account has been compromised, you should change it immediately and contact our support team with any concerns.

4. Your Rights

You have certain rights around the use of your data, including the ability to opt out of promotional emails, cookies, and collection of your data by certain third parties. You can update or terminate your account from within our Services, and can also contact us for individual rights requests about your personal data. Parents who believe we’ve unintentionally collected personal data about their underage child should contact us for help deleting that information.

5. Our Policy Concerning Children

We recognize the privacy interests of children and encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Individuals younger than 18 years of age, but of the required age for consent to use online services where they live (for example, 13 in the US or 16 in Ireland), may not set up an account, but may have a parent or guardian open an account and help them access appropriate content. Individuals younger than the required age for consent to use online services may not use the Services. If we learn that we’ve collected personal data from a child under those ages, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility of enrollment

You (as Registrant) must be 12 years of age or older to enroll in a Trueskill master academy Online Course.  You will need sufficient fluency in the language in which the Online Course is presented.

2. Payment / Registration

The fee for the Online Course (the “Fee”) must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until Trueskill Master Academy has received such full payment of the Fee. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party. After successful registration, you will receive an e-mail from Trueskill Master Academy acknowledging your enrollment in the Online Course.

The Fee consists of tuition fees. Courses will be billed in Indian rupees (INR). Accepted payment methods are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, bank transfer, UPI or by cheque.

You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.  Submission of your registration, alongside full payment of the Fee constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Course Content

The course description is intended to indicate only the general nature of the course and does not guarantee content. Trueskill Master Academy reserves the right to amend the course and alter details at its discretion.

Trueskill Master Academy is not responsible if you fail to meet the Online Course requirements and you should ensure that you allocate sufficient time to allow you to successfully complete the Online Course.

4. Student Conduct

You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, disseminate, publish, post, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, upload to, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the Online Course and/or on the Website.  You may not sell or offer for sale any of the content, or allow third parties to access it, or use such content to construct any kind of database. You may use the content from the Online Course and/or on the Website only for personal, non-commercial use.

Any violation of these terms may result in your expulsion from the Online Course and/or Trueskill Master Academy, and you may be subjected to fines and penalties.

Trueskill Master Academy makes no claim that the Online Course content is appropriate for any particular purpose or audience, or that it may be downloaded outside of the India. Access to the Online Course may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. When accessing the Online Course and/or the Website, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Technology Requirements

The Online Course is facilitated through an online video conference platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software requirements, along with access to Wi-Fi, to be able to participate in the course. You will need to ensure you have the proper technology at the time of registration as will be provided with the registration details

Trueskill Master Academy will not be responsible for any errors or failures in relation to your ability to access the Online Course, the Website or any related materials, including where such errors or failures are caused by: (i) a loss of connection on Trueskill Master Academy 's or your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online platform (iii) a breakdown or problems with your internet connection, computer or system. In cases of loss of connection at Trueskill Master Academy’s end resulting in discontinuation of the training, Trueskill Master Academy will ensure the course content is completed either on the same day or rescheduling to  different day as per mutually agreed dates.

6. Miscellaneous

Your contract with Trueskill Master Academy’s and any dispute arising from it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflicts of law. Should a situation arise that is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Trueskill Master Academy reserves the right to take any reasonable and fair action that we think appropriate.

Privacy Policy – No details of candidates such as email id, phone number, address and so on will be totally confidential and will not be shared with any third party.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation by you:

Your right to cancel your enrollment with Trueskill Master Academy’s and obtain a refund depends on the nature of the course that you have paid for except for GST paid, if any.

Training Courses:

You have the right to cancel your enrollment for a Training Course with TrueSkill Master Academy at any time up to 6 days before the commencement of the Online Course.  You will receive a full refund of any payments you have made.

 

To exercise your cancellation rights as set out above, please inform us in writing by email to info@trueskillmasteracademy.com

2. Cancellation by us:

Trueskill Master Academy reserves the right to cancel the Online Course by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at least 3 days before the course is due to start. Trueskill Master Academy will refund all fees paid by you and if possible, will endeavour to offer a transfer to another course as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference in purchase price.

Trueskill Master Academy’s liability when it cancels an Online Course will be limited to a refund of the Fee or any other charges paid for the cancelled Online Course. No partial cancellation of an Online Course is permitted. All dates are subject to change, however notice of such change will be given and refunds will not be issued for any rescheduled class. All applicable Refunds will be processed within 15 days from date of cancellation.
